Visit time will be used to check in on patient progress and goals, reinforce nutrition education, update goals and strategies and address new topics.

We offer various options for follow up nutrition consultations:

1 hour or 30 minute follow up nutrition consultations: for an extensive and comprehensive follow up

15 minute short check ins: This appointment type can be used for short check-ins with previous patients who do not need a full 30 minute consult, or any individual with a short question for Kevin Klatt.

  • Payment is due at the time of service, Precision Preventive Cardiology does not participate in insurance plans.

Why We Choose To Be Out-of-Network With Insurance: Although there is limited insurance coverage for nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy services nationally, Kevin Klatt's services can be submitted for reimbursement with individual insurance providers, but reimbursement is not guaranteed.
